My boys are now 12 & 9. There were starting 1st & 5th grade when I started treatment.

You will be amazed at how fast your hair will grow! I finished chemo in November and by March I could almost part my hair!!! I think I got my first real hair cut in August.

Finished chemo and radiation a few weeks ago. Hair is growing back thicker and nicer than before. My 2 girls are happy they can play with my hair again. I have about 6 more treatments of Herceptin to finish up over the next 5 months. My cancer was not hormone receptive. How old are your kids?

No I finished treatment in January 07 but I am still on hormone treatment (Tamoxifan) for 2 1/2 more years. Where are you??

How are you doing? Still going through treatment?

I'll be happy when they can do my modifications. Because of my complications it will be the fall at the earliest before they can do anything. :(

I am doing well. Trusting in God that the cancer won't return. How do you like the results of the bilateral tram. Have a friend who is very unhappy with the results of hers.

I didn't have an expander but I had a bilateral tram. I hope you are doing well!

Love the title too. Planning for reconstructive surgery after a mastectomy and the expander in my chest feels like a foreign invasion sometimes (the superboob as my husband and I affectionately call it LOL).

it's okay, as we say in TV, NOTHING is original! I'm sure she would want the name to continue anyway, no? How have you ben feeling?
