GEM - Introduction...........

My most important role in life is being a mother and a wife. It is an assignment that I do not take lightly, yet I am no expert - I just do my very best.

CEO/President of Solutions Health & Wellness. Solutions Health & Wellness Inc., focuses on promoting and maintaining a healthy life. In addition, we host conferences and continuously work to make a difference in the under served communities through health education focused workshops. I am also the co-founder of SOLUTIONS Cancer Resource Center, Inc. - a non-profit organization. We work with volunteers of health care professionals and students. Our goals are to reach out to the minority communities – although we have focused in the Bronx, we have assisted others in lower Westchester, Harlem and Brooklyn.On the weekends and some evenings, we attend church services and health fairs to speak about the importance of prevention, early detection and inform about the various free or low cost screenings that exist throughout the city.

What just happened here?

How many times have we seen a toddler crying uncontrollably, having a tantrum, screaming at the top of their lungs, etc.? Often times, I have sat on flights with babies and infants who have quite a time adjusting to the confines of their parent's lap and I felt bad for the parents who are now the center of attention as the passengers look on with disgust. Hello Dawn,
Thank you for your comment regarding my business. I see that you are involved with cancer research, do you ever have events or does your business use special ribbon colors?? I have created pink ribbons that are sold and a portion has been donated to the American Cancer Society. If you would be interested in teaming together at a point please let me know. These ribbons are created in any specific color and tied with either satin or curly ribbon, depending upon the type of event.
